Found a lower price? Ask us before you buy. Send us the competing offer and we will review it, confirm eligibility, and provide your approved price in writing before you pay. No purchase is required to request a price match.
How to request a price match
- Email info@eliteswingstudio.com with our product link and the competitor's offer. Include a link, screenshot, invoice, or email showing the exact model, price, shipping charges, and availability.
- We will check the offer against the eligibility requirements below. If it qualifies, we will match the approved competing price.
- Once approved, we will send written confirmation of the final price and instructions for completing your purchase. Wait for that confirmation before placing your order if you want the matched price applied upfront.
Eligible offers
- The offer must be for the same product, model, and configuration.
- The product must be in stock on the competitor's website.
- The competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the product and must not have a physical retail location.
- We compare the product price plus shipping charges, excluding sales tax.
Exclusions and approval
Rebates, buy one get one promotions, auction and discount websites such as eBay and Overstock, and special annual promotions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday are excluded.
Price matches are subject to verification, manufacturer pricing requirements, and our ability to offer the price without selling at a loss. We will explain any limitation before you purchase. A submitted request does not change the price until we confirm approval in writing.
Already placed an order?
Send us your order number and the competing offer. Eligible approved adjustments will be refunded to your original payment method. You do not need to buy first to request a match.
