Order Processing Time
Elite Swing Studio processes all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once an order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on product type, shipping destination, and carrier performance.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Returns
Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- Returns must be initiated within the time window allowed by each manufacturer (see below).
- Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper setup may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Windows by Brand
- TruGolf Products: 14 days from the date of delivery.
- FlightScope Products: 30 days from the date of delivery.
